‘Tony Danza reads some random Chuck Norris facts to Chuck Norris!! Sorry for the bad quality, it was a spur of the moment thing so it’s recorded on my digital camera. Oh, and sorry for the shakiness, it’s hard to hold still when you’re trying not to laugh!’

`”This is a truly historical meeting of the established and new media,” said Les Moonves, the head of CBS, about his network’s new video partnership with Google. Um, no, Les. So far, it’s just a really crap web site.
If, like us, you expected the new and improved Google Video service to rival something like Apple’s iTunes store, then do yourself a favor and don’t visit the Google shop for a few months. Google has done nothing to celebrate its unique access to shows such as CSI, Survivor and Star Trek. Instead, the company has buried CBS’s shows beneath a dismal interface wrapped in a shambles of a delivery mechanism. [..]
Take CSI, for example. If you highlight it, only one show appears at the time of writing – an episode called “Werewolves.” Even MacGyver gets five episodes.’
`Two clerks in Pennsylvania attacked a knife-wielding thief in the store and seriously injured him with baseball bats, according to a Local 6 News report. [..]
Surveillance video at the store showed a man in a black hood approaching the counter at the gas station before getting hit with the bat by employee Kuldip Singh.
Singh and his co-worker then hit the man repeatedly in the head.’

`Some time ago I built a self-balancing two-wheeled scooter. Since then I realized that two wheels are redundant, and only a single wheel is needed to make a ridable vehicle. A vehicle with a single wheel is much smaller and lighter. It weighs under 30 lbs and is easily carried with one hand when going up stairs or on public transportation.
The Electric Unicycle’s only control is the on-off switch. The rider controls everything else by shifting his weight. You lean forward to accelerate, lean backwards to brake, and gyrate your arms wildly to turn. With a little practice you can get more graceful and keep your arms mostly by your side.’

I blame the parents. Gotta catch them all? Catch some sorta anti-retardation disease first, I reckon.

`One of the frustrating things about websites that use Flash video is that they rarely provide links to let you download the video files for offline viewing or transcoding/syncing to portable devices like the Sony PSP, video iPod, or Creative Zen Vision.
Case and point: Google Video and YouTube. Neither of these websites allow you to download the video files. This type of lock-down is soooo Web 1.0.
I decided to dive into Greasemonkey and create a couple scripts to expose download links on Google Video and YouTube webpages [..]’

Apparently the building sank into its basement rather than falling over sideways as planned. Now how are they gonna finish the job? I wouldn’t want to be the one who has to climb into that building and wire up another lot of explosives.
